Simi's version: Linda and Simon's love story is one for the books. From meeting on Facebook to Simon moving into Linda’s place, it felt like the universe was conspiring to bring us together. After almost six years of love and laughter, it’s about time for us to tie the knot.

Ginni's version: It all started in 2018 when Linda and her roommate Claire were looking for a third housemate. After initially connecting on The Facebook and meeting on Skype, Simon was smitten by Linda's charm and grace. And Linda was happy Simon was quiet, clean (?) and most importantly - willing to pay above-market rent to live in their tiny flex room (you know, the classic NYC trick of dividing the living room into another bedroom with a flimsy half wall, a curtain door, and no privacy or space).
 
Over the next year, their relationship blossomed from rent-shark and tenant to friends and, eventually, lovers. After moving into Linda’s apartment in 2018, Simon moved into Linda’s bedroom (“the yoga studio”) in 2019. Nearly six years later, Simon finally got his act together to propose - hurrah!
